Coaching Teen Boys & Young Men
I begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your teen's current challenges, goals, and needs.
You and your teen will sit down together to explore coaching firsthand. You'll learn what coaching is (and isn't) and clear up common misconceptions. During the session, I'll coach your teen for half the time so he can experience it himself and decide if it’s a good fit.
We'll dive right in! Set up a weekly meeting via Zoom or in person. After just one session, your teen will start experiencing the benefits.
After each session, I provide actionable tools for your teen to use. Parents are encouraged to stay involved, ensuring the lessons are applied at home, creating lasting change.
